Pool families
This page covers the families that hold air: fully inflatable PVC pools, inflatable swim pool sets and shaped pools, and air-ring Easy-Set pools built on a reinforced mesh PVC body.

A pool body with its own accessories and print, packed as one retail set: shaped formats, printed sidewalls and coordinated packaging.
An inflatable top air ring on a reinforced mesh PVC body. An adjacent family rather than a fully inflatable pool, built on the same lines.
Foldable non-inflatable pools and above-ground frame pools are not inflatable products; each is described on its own page.
OEM / ODM
A private-label pool program is a set of decisions: the construction, the printed artwork, the colors, the accessories in the box and the way the set is packed for the shelf.
Inside the factory
PVC material and film production, printing, HF welding, assembly and inspection run as one process in Jiangsu. Every stage is checked against the approved sample.
PVC material and film
PVC material is compounded and calendered into film, then printed in-house: the printed artwork on the pool is made here rather than bought in.
HF welding
Chambers are joined by high-frequency welding, and the seam is checked against the approved sample. This is where an inflatable pool's strength is decided.
Sewing and assembly
Where a model carries a sewn part, a valve or an accessory, it is stitched and fitted to the same approved sample as the pool body.
Mass production
Volume runs are scheduled in season, and every inflatable pool is 100% inflated and held for 24 hours before packing. The finished set is checked against the specification, and the cartons are closed to your packing instruction.
Quality control
The checks start before the line: incoming material, the in-process checks through the run, and the finished set before packing. Inflatable products also go through our 100% 24-hour inflation test, so a leak is found in the factory rather than in your warehouse.
The testing rows above are our own in-house checks. Not every test applies to every model: which test a product undergoes depends on the model, the material and the market the goods are sold into.
Markets and compliance
COMCO works to the standards of the market the goods are sold into, and the material, construction and documentation are agreed against that market before production. COMCO also works within the audit programs of major retailers and brands.

An audit program is a working relationship with a retailer or a brand, not a certificate for a product category, and no grade is promised here. Which test or document applies is confirmed per project.
Programs
Most programs start with one printed pool or one retail set, sold in the market you already serve, before the range is extended. We ship to the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia, and meet buyers at the trade shows named below.
No standard price list applies to a private-label or wholesale inflatable pool program: the construction, the size, the print and the packing of the set decide the costing, and each brief is answered against your own specification.
How an order runs
Product references
Category detail, the adjacent Easy-Set family and the buyer's checklist are carried on these three pages rather than repeated here.
The published inflatable pool models, with the constructions, sizes and prints of the category.
The air-ring family: an inflatable top ring on a reinforced mesh PVC body, kept separate from a fully inflatable pool.

Buyer questions
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs per design for custom inflatable pools, subject to the product specification. Tell us the model, the size, the print and the packing of the set, and we confirm what applies to your program.
Lead time is counted from the approval of the sample and the artwork, so it moves with the construction, the print and the season. Peak season is busier. We confirm the schedule with the quotation rather than promising a number before the brief is read.
A sketch or a reference product, the size or format you have in mind, the quantity, the target market and the price point you need to hit. Artwork, packaging and accessory requirements help, but a line and a photograph are enough to start.
Artwork and drawings you send are used for your program. The print, the label and the packaging are produced to your artwork, and the confidentiality terms for a program are agreed in writing before sampling.
Foldable non-inflatable pools and above-ground frame pools are described on their own pages, and the pumps, heaters and filtration that sit around a pool are not part of these programs. This page covers the inflatable families only.

A name, an email and a short message are enough to start. Adding your company name and an estimated order quantity helps us answer with the right construction and costing.
