Founded in 2008 in Xuyi County, Jiangsu, Comco operates 8 wholly owned production sites with 70+ lines and 2,000+ workers. We compound our own PVC, make our own film, and build sealed-air inflatables and pools end-to-end.

Comco is an engineering-led manufacturer specialising in sealed-air PVC and TPU inflatable products, portable pools, and outdoor leisure gear. All 8 factories are owned and operated directly under one corporate management, ensuring agile line scheduling and consistent QA standards across high-volume seasonal cycles.
What We Do
Specialised Water & Pool Products
Over 80% of our operations center on pool systems and water recreation. We combine self-calendered PVC sheeting, advanced high-frequency welding, and automated cutting to produce consumer-ready outdoor goods that withstand rigorous sun, water pressure, and temperature extremes.
- Sealed-air engineering: Approx. 90% of inflatables are airtight welded structures.
- Integrated pool systems: Fast-setup rigid-wall, steel frame, and inflatable pools.
- Material versatility: In-house PVC film formulation, TPU calendering & laminating.

What We Do Not Make
To preserve precision quality and high-capacity flow lines, Comco focuses strictly on consumer water toys, pools, outdoor inflatables, and inflatable furniture. We maintain clear product boundaries:
- No advertising inflatables: We do not produce sky dancers, giant display balloons, or arches.
- No commercial bouncy castles: We do not manufacture thick-gauge rental bouncy structures.
- No large event architectures: Heavy inflatable tents or event platforms are outside scope.

Upstream resin control to final container packing.
Unlike conventional fabricators who purchase pre-made PVC films on the open market, Comco buys PVC raw resin, formulates proprietary compounds, and calenders custom PVC films in-house. This gives us total control over lead times, chemical compliance, elasticity, and UV degradation resistance.

PVC film calendering
We compound resin and calender film in-house, cutting procurement by 7–10 days while tailoring UV, thickness and softness.
02 / Step
High-frequency seam
Primary joining process for sealed-air inflatables, tested for weld tensile strength prior to volume runs.
03 / Step
In-house cut and sew
Dedicated sewing workshops ensure sewing tolerances, thread quality and output schedules stay fully controlled.
04 / Step
Hot air and gluing
Hot-air welding for TPU constructions and specialised adhesive bonding for SUP and multi-layer assemblies.

Multi-stage testing and audit traceability.
Quality in sealed-air products is defined by air retention, seam shear strength, and chemical safety. Our internal QA department operates independently, reporting directly to company ownership with multi-tier laboratory verifications.
Verification Sequence
- Incoming resin & film Tested in our internal chemical laboratory for 6P phthalates and 18 PAH before release.
- Pre-production test 3–5 pilot units sent to physical lab 2–3 days prior to production for tensile, 50x inflation & wave tests.
- 100% 24h pressure hold Every single sealed-air unit inflated and monitored under pressure for 24 hours to prevent leakage.
- AQL 1.5 & 3rd party Final QA reports directly to ownership under AQL 1.5; client 3rd-party inspection pass rate exceeds 98%.
