How we make this product
Every model runs these same stages; what changes from model to model is the construction, the material and the sequence of the welding and sewing steps.

PVC film is produced in house on the film line.

The artwork is printed onto the film on the printing line.

Film is joined by high-frequency welding at the seams.

The welded parts are sewn and assembled together.

The product is inflated and inspected while it is held.

Finished products are packed into cartons.
