Product
A full-length inflatable pool float mat featuring a transparent decorative glitter effect for eye-catching seasonal collections. Dimensions, visual effects, artwork and retail packaging can be customized.
Product information
A reference specification is not a fixed specification: it describes the model as it is currently planned, and the specification of a delivered order is agreed per project.
Dimensions can be customized. Other sizes, colours and configurations are available upon request.
How we make this product
Every model runs these same stages; what changes from model to model is the construction, the material and the sequence of the welding and sewing steps.
01
PVC film is produced in house on the film line.
02
The artwork is printed onto the film on the printing line.
03
Film is joined by high-frequency welding at the seams.
04
The welded parts are sewn and assembled together.
05
The product is inflated and inspected while it is held.
06
Finished products are packed into cartons.
The photographs are COMCO's own production lines; the stage list is the standard sequence rather than a per-model routing sheet.
Quality for this product
Testing is selected per product type, construction and project requirement, so the checks below are the ones this model is planned against rather than a fixed list for every order.
These are COMCO's own test-floor photographs. Not every SKU runs an identical test list: the list for a given order is agreed with the specification.
