Why we use it

What you send is used to answer you: to route the inquiry to the right team, to reply by email, and to keep the correspondence that follows.

We do not add inquiries to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing email.

Where it goes

An inquiry is stored securely in our site's administrative database and mailed to our team inbox so that we can review and reply promptly.

The message also travels through the mail systems that carry it to us, and those systems are outside our control.
