How We Make Inflatable SUP Boards

01 — Material Cutting
Drop-stitch materials and related components are cut according to the required board shape and dimensions.

02 — Custom Printing
Graphics, colors and branding are applied according to the approved artwork.

03 — Rail Bonding & First 24-Hour Inflation Check
The side rail is bonded around the drop-stitch body using adhesive to form the inflatable board structure. After assembly, the board is inflated and kept for 24 hours for the first air-retention check.

04 — Inflated Finishing & Appearance Inspection
While inflated, each board is trimmed, cleaned and visually inspected. Surface marks, excess adhesive, wrinkles and other appearance details are checked and finished before the next production stage.

05 — Second 24-Hour Air-Retention Test
The board body undergoes another 24-hour inflation test before EVA and accessory assembly, with air retention and overall construction checked.

06 — EVA Deck & Accessory Assembly + Final 24-Hour Check
EVA deck pads and specified accessories are bonded and assembled. After assembly, the completed board undergoes a third 24-hour inflation check.

07 — Final Inspection & Packing
Appearance, graphics, EVA deck, accessories and overall assembly are checked before the SUP is folded and packed with the specified accessories and retail packaging.
