How we make this product
Every model runs these same stages; what changes from model to model is the construction and the material.

PVC film is produced in house on the film line.

The artwork is printed onto the film on the printing line.

Film is joined by high-frequency welding at the seams.

The product is inflated and inspected while it is held.

Finished products are packed into cartons.
