Information on this site

The site describes products, capabilities and capacity for professional buyers. Sizes, film thicknesses, packing data, lead times, minimum quantities and capacities are reference information: they are not an offer, and they are not a quotation.

Where a figure has not been confirmed it is shown as “To be confirmed” rather than estimated. Photographs are of products we make; colour and print can vary between production runs.

Quotations

A quotation is given in writing against an agreed specification. On this site it is described on the following basis.

• Basis: FOB or EXW.
• Currency: US dollars or cross-border RMB.
• Validity: three months from the date of the quotation.
• Minimum order: typically 3,000–5,000 units per model, agreed per project rather than fixed.

A quotation is not an order. An order exists when we confirm it in writing.

Samples, tooling and approval

Sampling comes before tooling and before volume production. A physical sample is approved by you first, and the approved sample is what production follows. Simple inflatables are typically sampled in 2–3 days, and complex or drop-stitch constructions in 10–15 days.

Tooling and custom moulds are made for the client who commissions and pays for them and are reserved for that client. We sign non-disclosure agreements before reviewing drawings or briefs, and drawings and specifications you send us remain yours.

Lead time and delivery

Lead time is typically 45–60, 60–90 or 90–120 days depending on the product and the season, and it starts once the sample and the packaging artwork are confirmed. A late approval moves the delivery date rather than the season.

Delivery terms, the port of shipment and the documents for a shipment are agreed for each order.

Testing, inspection and compliance

Testing scope depends on the product and the market it is sold into: not every product carries the same test set. Pre-shipment inspection runs at AQL 1.5, and your own third-party inspector is welcome at the factory before shipment.

Compliance with the requirements of a particular market is agreed per project and arranged against the requirements of the destination market.

Specifications and tolerances

Production follows the approved sample and the agreed specification. Normal manufacturing variation in size, colour, print registration, film thickness and packing is expected within the tolerances agreed for the product.

Where a particular tolerance matters to you, state it in the specification and it becomes part of what we produce to.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, drawings and layout — belongs to the company or is used with permission. Names and marks of other companies mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

Drawings, specifications and samples you send us remain yours, and are used only to quote for and to make your product.

Using this site

You are welcome to read and print pages for your own business use. Please do not republish the site's content as your own, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or with the forms on it.

Links from this site to other sites are there for convenience. Those sites are not under our control and their terms are their own.

Liability

This site is published as information for professional buyers. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of the site alone: the commercial terms of a supply are set out in the order and its documents, not on this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and a dispute arising from the use of this site is subject to the courts at the company's place of business in Jiangsu Province.

These terms may change; the date shown at the top of the page is the date of the last change. The terms that govern an order are the ones agreed for that order.
