Test Before We Scale
Before a production run is released, trial products go to COMCO's in-house physical laboratory.
About two to three days before production starts, three to five trial products are made and sent to the in-house physical laboratory. A production run is only released once the test report passes.

Every incoming material batch is tested in the in-house chemical laboratory before it is released to the warehouse (phthalates 6P free and 18 PAH). PVC material is also sent to TÜV every six months for a wider panel including REACH SVHC, RoHS, PFAS and BPA.
Three to five trial products go to the in-house physical laboratory about two to three days before the run: accessory pull, HF weld seam pull, material tensile, 50 inflate/deflate cycles, static load, key-point hanging load and pool wave simulation. Production is released once the report passes.
Yes. Most customers appoint a third-party inspector to visit the factory before shipment. Product testing against a specific market requirement is arranged per project, and a report typically takes about 7–10 working days after the sample reaches the laboratory.
Test and audit documentation is shared with the customer for their own programme. Reports are not published for download on this site; the report covers we can show are on the Factory Audits & Compliance page.
